Live queue · Retention intelligence

Stop losing the patientsyou already earned.

A live queue on every patient's phone, a real-time view of the room for your front desk — and a quiet nudge the moment a regular starts to slip, before they're gone for good.

One system, tuned to your front desk.

Pick your space — the live queue, the language, and the retention nudges all speak it.

Tuned for Chiropractic — your team, your patients, your words.

The problem

A clipboard can't tell you who just left.

A sign-in sheet shows you a name. It doesn't show you that a regular waited eleven minutes, gave up, and walked out — or that they haven't been back since.

The shift

One live view of who's checked in, who's in a room, and how long each patient has been waiting.

Everyone checks in from their phone as they arrive. Your front desk sees the room in real time — no shouting names across the lobby, no guessing who's next.

JJaneDrifting

Jane's on a twice-a-week adjustment plan. Her last visit was 26 days ago.

That's the drift window. One text now is the difference between a re-book and a lost plan.

A live queue is table stakes. Knowing that Jane usually comes twice a week— and hasn't — is the part that grows the business.

The honest part.

No logo wall.

We're not going to paste fake customer logos here. Proxxa is early, and we'd rather earn the trust than borrow it.

No invented numbers.

No "10,000 offices" stat we can't back up. What we can promise: queue updates land in under a second, and setup takes an afternoon.

Built by people who'll answer.

Every support message reaches someone who works on the product — not a ticket queue three tiers deep.

Simple pricing. Cancel anytime.

FAQ

The questions offices actually ask.

Every check-in is a timestamp. Proxxa learns each patient's normal cadence from their own visit history, then flags the ones who've quietly gone past it — before they've fully lapsed. No spreadsheets, no manual review.

No. They check in from a link — scan the QR at the door or tap a text. It opens in their browser. There's nothing to install, no account to create before their first visit.

Anything with a browser — the tablet or computer you already have. The live queue is a web page. The only new thing is a small QR sign at your entrance, which we send you.

An afternoon. You add your rooms and hours, print the QR, and you're live. The retention signal needs a couple of weeks of check-ins to learn each cadence — but the live queue works on day one.

Yes. Your data is yours — we don't sell it or share it, and each office's records are isolated. We collect only what the queue and retention features need: names, check-in times, and visit cadence.

No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from the dashboard. If Proxxa isn't earning its keep, you shouldn't be paying for it.
