Go to Settings → Office. The geofence radius controls how close a patient must be before they can check in from their phone. The default is 0.1 mi (about 500 ft) — increase it for large parking lots or multi-storey buildings, decrease it for a tight single suite.
Settings → Staff → Invite. Enter their name, email, and role (doctor, front desk, or admin). They receive an email invitation to set a password and join your office. Deactivate anyone from the same list to revoke access immediately.
Settings → Appointment types. Add a name and a default duration (in minutes) for each visit type you offer. These feed scheduling and your wait-time analytics, so the estimates patients see stay accurate.
When you call a patient in from the live queue, pick a location tag (e.g. Table 1, X-Ray Room, Decompression). The patient sees exactly where to go on their phone, so there's no calling names across the lobby.
Yes. Settings → Providers lets you list each doctor or practitioner. When an office has two or more, patients can see each provider's current wait and choose who they're there to see at check-in.
